Summer Solstice Performance Workshop

We are so happy to have been invited to perform at a Summer Solstice after-party on Saturday June 25th, 2022!
If you would like to join our groups please read carefully all the nitty-gritty information below about rehearsal schedule, costumes, registration/fees and refund/cancellation policy. Contact us if you have any questions before signing up.
How to participate & What you need to plan for:
To be eligible to perform you must attend the 6-week series on Wednesdays, as we will use class time to learn the choreography.
Wednesday Classes:
May 25th – June 29th
6:00 pm – Intermediate Group
7:10 pm – Beginner Group
Rehearsal Dates:
Tuesday May 31st:
6-8 pm (only 1 hour per group)
Thursdays June 9, 16 & 23:
6-8 pm (only 1 hour per group)
(PS) If needed, we will add rehearsals on Fridays or weekends.

Rehearsal Guidelines - IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ
- Due to the tight schedule until show time, participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals, being allowed to miss up to 1 class or rehearsal only. In the event of missing another scheduled date, participant is required to take a private class (see below). This rule also applies for arriving late or leaving early.
- You must communicate your absence, delay or early departure at least 24 hours ahead of time.
- Please understand that if missing more than 2 rehearsals participant might not be eligible to perform.
- Participants are highly encouraged to practice extra time with other dancers outside the main rehearsal schedule.
Private class will be required for participants who must miss a second rehearsal and for the ones who are having difficulty learning and executing steps and/or choreography at Cris Basimah’s discretion. Private class/coaching will be offered at a special rate to enrolled performance participants only during this season. Only $65/hour per student ($25 off my regular rate!).
Costume Information
Dancers will be responsible for acquiring their own costume based on specs and guidance provided by BDL. More costume information TBA.
Costume “Estimate”: $100 – $150 (not included on registration fee)

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that when you register for this event you are committing 100% to participating in it. Refunds will not be offered as well as NO credits for missed classes/rehearsals.
